  SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The employee in this position will be responsible for overall tire maintenance for semi-tractor/trailer equipment. This person must be familiar with, adhere to, and enforce company policies and procedures. The employee must be able and willing to step up to additional responsibilities when needed.   JOB DUTIES:
  1. Removes and install tires, which includes all aspects of repairing, replacing damaged/worn tires on tractors or trailers.
  2. Maintains and stores tire inventories.
  3. Disposes of damaged/old tire casings.
  4. Maintains and operates all tire equipment.
  5. Receives and carries out instructions.
  6. Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
  7. Performing roadside and/or off-road service calls on a continuous basis.
  8. Dismounting and mounting any type of tire on drop center, semi-drop center and multi-piece rims.
  9. Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
  10. Determining repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.
  11. Removing tires for retreading or repair as needed.
    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Properly executing required billing documents
  2. Complying with DOT regulations
  3. Following all safety and driving rules
  4. Be familiar with, adhere to, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  5. Adhere to legal guidelines, including such things as OSHA requirements.
  6. Step up to additional responsibilities when needed.
  7. Truck tire service or other relevant experience is required.
    SPECIFIC SKILLS:
  1. Good communication skills
  2. Valid Driver's License
  3. High School Diploma or GED
  4. The ability to work alone after training
  5. Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs

  SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The employee in this position will perform a variety of office functions. The Accounts Payable Clerk will perform clerical duties and ensure accuracy of financial records. This position is responsible for reconciling accounts, ensuring prompt payment of company invoices while working within the comprehensive financial filling system for our company. The employee reports directly to the Accounting Manager and will work approximately 40 hours per week.   JOB DUTIES:
  1. Properly code and enter all bills and invoices for payment to ensure proper billing across accounts.
  2. Ensure appropriate processing of invoices by matching them with submitted Purchase Orders.
  3. Responsible for maintaining and reconciling all expense reports for company authorized credit cards.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic – Decatur and Danville

  SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This job requires the employee to make major repairs on mobile Heavy Equipment. It is imperative that this employee has or willing to receive formal training with the proper certification or equivalent experience to be proficient at mechanical repairs. The employee will be inspecting incoming parts to determine if they are qualified for repair according to AAR inspections. This employee will also be required to train in different areas of the shop so that they may be moved when needed.   DUTIES:
